Kaplan Romano Ventures is a real estate investment and development company based in Austin, Texas, founded by partners Zach Kaplan and Shahar Romano.
What we do
We buy properties directly from owners and choose the right plan for each one. Some we wholesale to investors on our buyers list. Some get a light update. Some we take down to the studs and rebuild, and on some lots we build new homes.
How we work
- We make written offers and explain our numbers
- We tell sellers in writing if we may assign a contract
- We plan renovations from real drawings and permit the work
- We are on site, and you deal directly with the owners of the company
